Credit & refund policy
No refunds are given once a spot has been reserved for your swimmer.
Credits will only be provided if practice is cancelled, or your swimmer is medically unable to swim as determined by a physician (medical note required).
There are absolutely no credits or refunds for any missed practices/classes.
