Catch Up News for this Week

Hello swimmers and parents,

This is a quick catch-up on several developing news to be aware of:

TDSB Schedule

In case you missed it, we are happy to announce that the George S Henry location has been reopened in time for the practices to continue. The Monday and Friday classes will resume on Friday, November 11, 2022.

We have received word from TDSB that the renovations at the Don Mills Collegiate Institute have been extended further and thus, they have cancelled our classes until December 4, 2022, with the possibility of an extension. As of this writing, Sunday classes are set to commence on Sunday, December 11, 2022. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As previously mentioned, we will save any affected classes as credit for future makeup classes, and you can use them anytime by notifying us which days you would like to make up. You can even save them for next year's Summer program or the following season if you prefer.

Open Pan Am Meet this week

Competitive Swimmers heading to the Whitby Open Pan Am meet this weekend are recommended to check the meet package sheet one more time as they have finalized the events and schedule for the event. Psych sheets, Heat sheets, Session timelines and Live results will be posted on the Whitby Swim Club website, which can be found here. Make sure to bookmark that page for updates you can download!

Additionally, we will be swimming in the Morning Sessions for both Saturday and Sunday ONLY - there are no finals sessions.

Calendars Updated

The Calendar has been updated into 3 categories. All registered members should be able to access their respective classes with their respective schedules and plans going forward. As always, please let us know if you cannot access them and we'll assist you further.
